Matricaria, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The asset sold for $525,000.
Cameron Barbas, associate, Francesco P. Carriera, first vice president investments, and Michael P. Regan, first vice president investments, all in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor. The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Barbas, Carriera and Regan.
Huntley Apartments of Old Seminole Heights is located at 7707 North Huntley Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property consists of six, one-story buildings and three, two-story buildings comprised of two, one-bedroom/one-bathroom units with 450 rentable square feet, 12 two-bedroom/one-bathroom units with a range of 470 to 700 rentable square feet and one, two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit with 600 rentable square feet. The buildings sit on two adjacent parcels of land that amount to approximately 0.63 acres.
