Sean Strickler, Division President of Pulte Homes in the Tampa Bay region, said Pulte’s one and two-story single-family homes in the new phase are priced from $229,990 to $239,990 in the Arbor Series and from $243,990 to $329,990 in the Veranda Series of home designs that offer the charm of front porch living.
Every new Pulte home at FishHawk Ranch includes the Environments for Living Energy Efficient Package, 18 inch ceramic tile flooring in wet areas, granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, 36/42 inch staggered kitchen cabinets with crown molding in the Veranda series, 36 inch kitchen cabinets with crown molding in the Arbor series, Whirlpool Energy Star appliances, and covered lanai with brick pavers.
Construction is underway on two models in the new phase that are slated to be completed for a late-summer grand opening, Strickler said.
The two-story, 2,119 square-foot Clearview model is part of Pulte’s Arbor Series that features three to five bedrooms, an upstairs owner’s suite and laundry, spacious loft area, a first-floor flex room, and a walk-out covered lanai with French doors.
The 2,830+ square-foot Summerfield model is also a two-story plan and is among the homebuilder’s Veranda Series of home designs offering three to five bedrooms, a first-floor flex room, dual sinks in owner’s bathroom and secondary bathroom, additional storage under the stairs, and a large loft space. More special features include a spacious kitchen with curved island that leads into a large gathering room convenient for entertaining, an upstairs laundry room and an oversized owners’ suite.
The models underway are two of five consumer-inspired Pulte Life Tested® home designs being offered in the final phase of FishHawk Ranch that range from 1,953 to more than 3,000 square feet of living area with anywhere from two to six bedrooms and two to four baths and starting prices from $229,990 to $329,990.
