Matricaria, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The asset sold for $250,000.
Paul Bouldin, senior associate in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a bank/financial institution. The buyer, a developer, was secured and represented by Paul Bouldin.
Ocala Land contains approximately 23.91 acres located at 4555 South Pine Avenue in Ocala, Florida. The property is heavily wooded with a large open pasture area in the central portion of the property. It is zoned M-1, which allows for light industrial and commercial uses, and has approximately 758 feet of frontage on US Highway 441.
