Icard Merrill attorney Mark Martella was the sponsor and guest speaker at the Third Wednesday Coffee, hosted by the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce. The event was held April 20th at the Event Center in Punta Gorda. Mr. Martella addressed the crowd on the topic of the “Five Biggest Mistakes Small Business Make That Prevent Success.”
As one of the newest members of Icard Merrill, Mr. Martella was most recently the managing member of his own law firm with offices in Fort Myers and Port Charlotte. He has 28 years of legal experience and currently concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and consulting, real estate, bankruptcy, foreclosure, estate planning, and condominium and homeowner association representation. Mr. Martella has been an active member and past president of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce and served as a board member of the Charlotte County Homeless Coalition and the United Way of Charlotte County.
