Embry was also named to CRN’s list of the 2016 Power 100, an elite subset of its Women of the Channel list. The women executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision, and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

Gardner has served as vice president, SAP Development and Support at Tech Data since March 2015. Gardner is responsible for development, support, operations and testing teams inclusive of Tech Data’s proprietary pricing engine, catalog generation and article management systems. Over the last year, she has led the continued development and deployment of Tech Data’s world-class global SAP platform that has enabled the company to rapidly scale its business to meet the changing demands of its customers and vendor partners.
Embry has served as director, Sales at Tech Data since August 2013. She leads the company’s inside sales resources and assists with the development of strategic initiatives and planning for Tech Data’s Value-Added Reseller (VAR) Sales organization for the Central and Western regions of the United States. Embry has received numerous company awards, including Manager of the Year in 2011 and Director of the Year in 2016.
McMillan has served as director, Sales Planning at Tech Data since August 2012. She is responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategic projects for the sales organization and Tech Data’s Customer Care organization. Additionally, McMillan leads Tech Data’s TechSelect community and the company’s Public Sector business development and marketing teams, with a focus on creating a collaborative environment between solution providers, strategic vendor partners and Tech Data.
