OSPREY, FL (May 16, 2016) Recall the childhood delight of chasing fireflies! Enjoy a morning of creative fun and learning on Tuesday, June 28, 9:30am to 11:00am with award-winning local author, Dianne Ochiltree as she shares her summertime treasure, “It’s a Firefly Night.” Dianne will lead an interactive story time and help the kids with some firefly-inspired activities.
The children’s program, brought to you by Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast, will be held in the Welcome Center at Bay Preserve, 400 Palmetto Avenue in Osprey. The morning program is geared toward children ages 3 to 7, and children’s books will be available for purchase with book-signing.
