Vice President of Sales David Pisano said six of those luxury homes are under vertical construction with 22 more in the planning and permitting stage. Bella Collina already has 51 completed homes throughout the idyllic 1,900-acre community.
Pisano said there was a lot of work to be done on rebranding and community awareness after DCS Investment Holdings took over as the developer.
