RMC’s deal activity was strong, totaling over $22.3 million in lease transaction volume through the end of April 2016. This transaction volume is comprised of more than 334,000 Sq. Ft. of leasing activity; with new lease activity representing over half of the total transaction volume. Brokerage activity is showcased by the $2.3 million sale of a Pollo Tropical ground lease in Boca Raton, FL. The project was developed by RMC, with the investment opportunity presented as an absolute NNN ground lease.
RMC’s acquisition activity is highlighted by the acquisition of 6.64± acres of commercial land located at the NEC of State Road 52 and Little Road in Hudson (Tampa MSA), FL. RMC is currently marketing the property to junior boxes and outparcels as part of a redevelopment.
