The new office, located at 7886 Woodland Center Blvd., promotes an open, progressive environment for Front Burner’s staff while furthering the company’s overall business strategy. In addition, the company has introduced several new working environment initiatives to promote job satisfaction.
In an effort to cater to an ever-growing millennial workforce, the new office headquarters features an open, team-driven work environment that encourages collaboration and creative brainstorm sessions. The conference and training rooms, as well as reception area have movable glass walls that create a transparent, versatile and transformable workspace complete with bean bag chairs and yoga balls for its team members. As part of Front Burner’s unique corporate culture, the new headquarters is promoting a fun, healthy lifestyle by incorporating elements such as a hydration station, rock climbing wall, pool table, indoor swing, corn hole and shuffle board games.

The new office is situated in an office park complete with ample trails and wooded areas for bike rides and a place where outdoor meetings can be held. The property includes an alfresco space known as the “Back Burner,” and also affectionately referred to as the “biergarten,” for regular employee gatherings and teambuilding events. In addition to a relaxed dress code and telework opportunities, other employee perks include “Toto Tuesdays” – a day when employees can bring their dogs to work – and “Wordless Wednesdays” – a full morning of silence with limited verbal or digital communication between management and employees to encourage productivity.
