Tampa, Fla. – Applications for the Patel Conservatory’s 2016-2017 Community Partnerships program are now available and will be accepted through April 29.
The Patel Conservatory, at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, seeks to provide high-quality arts enhancement programs for local schools and organizations through outreach partnerships. Each year, the Patel Conservatory works with underserved area schools, Tampa Bay service agencies and community organizations by providing performing arts education programming and tickets to shows at the Straz Center. Arts education programs may include artist visits, workshops, master classes or sequential performing arts classes.
The application process includes a written application, in-person interview and site visit. Previous partners must reapply to be considered. Selection criteria include, but are not limited to: need, application completion, demographics and geographic location.
