CRYOPY uses cryogenic temperatures combined with therapy to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and assist atheletic recovery conditions.
CRYOPY is the brainchild of Amy Gonzalez, who was sold on cryotherapy after trying a cryosuana to help alleviate her own pain, associated with Lupus. According to Gonzalez, “Cryotherapy has helped ease my pain tremendously. I try to get in the chamber at least once a day”.
During each CRYOPY session, the body releases endorphins, which are hormones that make you feel energetic and well overall. The mood-enhancing effects from each session can last for days. Depending on the condition of treatment, the client should initially take five to 10 treatments in close succession to maximize the results. After that, the client can take fewer treatments, spaced further apart, to maintain and improve results.
CRYOPY plans to be the Tampa Bay area’s new premier destination for whole body cryotherapy treatments for a broad range of conditions such as Lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme disease, Fibromyalgia, joint pain, muscle pain and skin rejuvenation. Cryotherapy is becoming a part of mainstream medicine as a way to treat chronic pain as well.
CRYOPY whole-body cryotherapy sessions last for one to three minutes. Each session is monitored and managed by a certified CRYOPY coach who is present to answer any questions.
