Sarasota, Florida (March 31, 2016) – Community AIDS Network (CAN), celebrating its 25th year serving the needs of the HIV/AIDS community in Florida, is proud to present the award winning “The Faces of HIV” photography exhibit at New College.
The exhibit will be at the Harry Sudakoff Center at New College on April 16, 2016 from 4 pm to 7 pm. CAN has teamed up with the Queery Club of New College to raise awareness throughout the entire community at the college.
The highest growth rate of new HIV infections is between the ages of 12 and 24, and education and awareness is the key to prevention. CAN will be offering free rapid HIV testing, and the event is open to the public.
