George Butterly and Maria “Terry” Perches have joined the New Tampa office, 1830 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL. Prior to real estate, Butterly was a sales and marketing executive responsible for product and corporate branding, marketing plans, advertising, sales operations and client support. During that time he worked with several Fortune 100 and high-level emerging companies including IBM Research, Motorola, and Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Management and Marketing, and has been actively involved with the American Marketing Association (AMA), having served as Past President-Elect of the organization. Perches previously was a field interviewer supervisor and assessment coordinator with a national research firm involved with the National Study of Youth in Custody and the National Assessment of Educational Progress, (often called “The Nation’s Report Card”). She has been a real estate professional since 2010 and is originally from Los Angeles, CA.
Marie Burnham has joined the Countryside office, 2539 Countryside Blvd., Clearwater, FL. Burnham’s diverse real estate background includes residential redevelopment as a private investor, mapping oil and mineral rights legal descriptions for several California oil companies and searching chains of title for the Pinellas County Courthouse. She also worked as an analyst with A.C. Nielsen for more than 13 years. Burnham graduated from Florida State University with a Master of Science degree in GIS (remote sensing, satellite imagery, cartography) and earned a bachelor’s degree in home economics from the University of Maine at Orono.
Naomi Egosi, Anthony Decoa, and Daniel Smith have joined the Carrollwood office, 13131 N. Dale Mabry, Tampa, FL. Prior to real estate Egosi was in sales and marketing for a major manufacturer of power tools and also worked at an advertising agency in Colorado. Originally from Curacao, Netherlands Antillies, Egosi graduated from Florida International University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing. Deoca previously worked for more than 30 years as a Claims Special Investigator. He is fluent in French, Spanish, Portuguese, and English. He is actively involved with Habitat for Humanity and is a member of Toastmasters. Decoa attended the University of South Florida where he graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Smith previously worked at Bank of America as a quality analyst and an electronic claims analyst supervisor. He also worked in reservations and customer care sales for Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Smith has served as a volunteer with Metropolitan Ministries, Feeding America, Ronald McDonald Hose, St. Joseph Children’s Hospital and Habitat for Humanity.
Nicole Saunches has joined the St. Petersburg office, 2300 4th Street North, St. Petersburg, FL. Saunches’ extensive business career spans more than 15 years in the sports and entertainment industry working as the Global Publicity Director for the Women’s Tennis Association, Director of Mass Communications for the Chicago White Sox, Corporate Communications Consultant for the United States Tennis Association, Manager of Marketing Communications for the United States Olympic Committee, and Assistant Director of Media Relations for the Milwaukee Brewers.
