Report Showcases IT Solution Company’s Growth, Client Satisfaction Rating
TAMPA, Fla. — (March 29, 2016) — Vology, Inc., a $200 million IT Solution Provider & Integrator and trusted partner for more than 8,000 clients worldwide, has announced the results of its service organization’s 2015 performance in the form of its 2015 Services Report Card.
The report, which can be seen here, includes results from Vology’s Managed Services Organization, Professional and Field Sales Organization and end user Service Desk.

Vology ended 2015 with 430 employees, more than 200 of whom are in technical roles. At year end, Vology was monitoring, managing and maintaining more than 100,000 devices at 20,000+ customer locations.
The Managed Service Organization responded to more than 12 million events from 45,000+ network devices. Through VIPER, the company’s event correlation platform, this resulted in 120,000 actionable tickets that were handled by Vology’s two geographically redundant Network Operations Centers in Tampa and Pennsauken, N.J.
The Professional and Field Services Organization made more than 20,000 customer site visits during the year, arriving on time at a record exceeding 93 percent of the time, with 98 percent of these visits successful in solving the customer issue.
The Service Desk had a 96 percent live answer rate on 2,800 monthly calls and maintained a 98 percent customer satisfaction rating.
