Turilli has been appointed Director of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc./Hillsborough County. The Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (PAF), is a professional association of approximately 1,000 paralegals from around the State of Florida. As a proponent of The Florida Bar’s Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP) Program, PAF is dedicated to providing continuing legal education opportunities to its members.
Kim is a paralegal with the firm’s intellectual property group, working in all facets of the prosecution of domestic and foreign patents, trademarks and U.S. copyrights for over 25 years. In addition, Kim has experience with the effective transfer of intellectual property rights through corporate mergers and acquisitions. Her broad experience also includes conducting trademark availability searches, management of client’s portfolios using specialized intellectual property software, maintenance of issued patents, renewals of trademarks/service marks (both foreign and domestic) and preparation and filing of state trademark/service marks applications and renewals.
