Matricaria, regional manager of the firm’s Tampa office. The asset sold for $675,000.
Paul Bouldin, senior associate, Michael Donaldson, vice president investments and Nicholas Meoli, vice president investments, all in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a government agency. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Paul Bouldin.
Interstate 275/Gandy Land is located at 2001 Gandy Boulevard in St. Petersburg, Florida. There is a large environmental preservation area along the western boundary and retention is off-site. The property is part of the Gateway DRI and has been approved for a mid-rise office building within the Gateway Business Park.
