Tampa, FL (March 10, 2016)—Hillsborough County Clerk of Court & Comptroller Pat Frank will hold a special Passport Day on Saturday, March 26, 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in Room 140 of the County Courthouse, 419 Pierce St., in downtown Tampa.
“With summer around the corner, we wanted to open our downtown office on a Saturday as a service to those planning overseas travel,” said Frank. The office accepted more than 8,000 passport applications on weekdays at its four locations last year. It is such a popular service that appointments are booked two weeks in advance.
No appointments are required for Passport Day, but they are strongly recommended. Reserve your spot by going online (hillsclerk.com/publicweb/home.aspx), where you will also find useful information about applying for a passport. You can also make an appointment by calling (813) 276-8100 ext. 4367.
