When the 2016 Parade of Homes takes place throughout Tampa, visitors will have the opportunity to visit model homes in Newland Communities’ three outstanding developments. Select model homes in FishHawk Ranch, MiraBay and Waterset will be on display during the annual event which is sponsored by the Tampa Bay Builders’ Association and will take place March 5- 13, 2016.
FishHawk Ranch, MiraBay and Waterset are owned in a joint venture partnership between NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan’s largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer, and Newland Real Estate Group, LLC, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of the community. The communities are part of more than 30 communities the NASH-Newland partnership owns together in 11 states across the United States.
“Our three Tampa communities offer a variety of exceptional home choices for families at every life stage,” said Pam Parisi, Regional Vice President of Marketing for Newland Communities. “Our outstanding amenities and strong relationships with high-quality builders are just some of reasons home shoppers are continually drawn to our communities.”
FishHawk Ranch, located in Lithia, and ICI Homes, were selected to build the prestigious Showcase Home. Nestled among mature canopies in the new WestLake neighborhood, the custom built, 3,878 square-foot, Shenandoah model boasts five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an expansive living space and kitchen, and a cozy “tree-tops” studio, built over the detached garage. Ideal for occasional guests, a home office or for boomerang children, the studio is both connected and apart from the main living areas for privacy. Each home in WestLake offers a fusion of traditional and modern architectural styles with a rustic, lodge feel.
The FishHawk Ranch community will also highlight a total of eight other model homes during the Parade of Homes. Five model homes by David Weekley Homes in the just-launched Encore neighborhood will be on display. Encore is a 55+ age restricted active adult community – a first for FishHawk Ranch. Additionally, model homes in The Preserve will be on display by Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Cardel Homes and Sabal Homes will also be featured.
Apollo Beach is home to two additional neighborhoods by Newland Communities. At Waterset, guests will be able to tour 13 model homes, including two villas and the Applause model by Neal Communities. One of Waterset’s newest builders, D.R. Horton Homes, will open its Lantana model to guests, while other homes by builders Ashton Woods, Cardel Homes, David Weekley Homes, Homes by WestBay and Ryland Homes will open for Parade of Home guests.
The upscale, waterfront community of MiraBay will highlight three model homes. With more than 4,000-square-feet, The Mindera by John Cannon Homes is the featured model in Bay Estates Preserve, offering outstanding preserve and waterfront views. Neal Signature Homes will highlight its two-story Siesta Key 2 model, with three to five bedrooms. While The Wilshire 2 model will be on display by Cardel Homes.
