Spotts, a public finance attorney since 1987, returned to Bryant Miller Olive’s Tampa office in 2013, and focuses her practice on government public finance and affordable housing. She serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel on governmental financings involving local and state entities, and special districts.
Spotts is a member of The Florida Bar and the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and is admitted to practice law in Connecticut. She earned a Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan.
