The opening program, scheduled for 8:00 am to 9:30 am at the Cleveland Heights Golf & Country Club in Lakeland, will feature Mindi M. The venue for the second program, titled “Photography in PRactice,” will be the Polk Museum of Art in Lakeland. In this workshop, scheduled for 10:00 am to 12:00 noon, professional photographer Gregory Mills will teach the finer points of event photography.

The fee is $10 for FPRA members/students and $20 for guests.
“As the host FPRA chapter, we extend a special invitation to representatives of all business, non-profit and governmental entities to attend this meeting to learn the finer points of protecting intellectual property and effectively using photography in their PR and marketing initiatives,” said Marybeth Soderstrom, president of the local FPRA chapter.
