TAMPA, Fla. (Jan. 28, 2016) — Preparing for the opening of its newest assisted living and memory care community, The Watermark at Trinity, Watermark Retirement Communities has hired David Schupack as Associate Executive Director of The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg. Schupack will take the place of Aileen Carlson, who was recently promoted to Executive Director of The Watermark at Trinity in Port Richey, Fla.
Schupack will be joining Suzanne Burtzlaff, Executive Director of The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay, who took over the role in 2014 after serving as the Associate Executive Director for four years.

Prior to joining The Fountains at Boca Ciega Bay, Schupack served as the Associate Executive Director of The Watermark at East Hill, a sister-property located in Southbury, Conn. During his tenure, he worked in nearly every area of retirement community operations, including business office support.
In his new role, Schupack will assist the Executive Director in overseeing the operations of the community and maintain an engaging atmosphere for residents and their families.

For instance, Peggy Beasley, Executive Director of The Fountains at Lake Pointe Woods in Sarasota, has been with the organization for more than eight years. Aileen Carlson, Executive Director of The Watermark at Trinity, has been with Watermark Retirement Communities for 14 years.
Set to open in April 2016, The Watermark at Trinity is Watermark Retirement Communities’ newest assisted living and memory care community. The community will feature 117 apartments available for rent across many unique floor plans and sizes, with on-site amenities to include lush gardens, walking paths, a movie theater, beauty salon and barbershop.
