Lithia, Fla. – David Weekley Homes has almost completed construction on five new model homes and an amenity center in Encore at FishHawk Ranch. Encore at FishHawk Ranch is a new approach to lifestyle-driven home design specifically for buyers 55 years and older, and will be the first age-qualified neighborhood within the award-winning FishHawk Ranch community. This new community taps into the growing needs of Baby Boomers, who are a driving force in real estate.
