TAMPA, Fla. — Centex recently held a grand opening for its new furnished and decorated Tropic model home at Magnolia Park, one of the Tampa area’s fastest selling communities, located off of Falkenburg Rd. in Riverview.
Sean Strickler, West Florida division president for Centex, said the new Tropic model offers single story living with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in 1,565 square feet of living area. The model features multiple options offered by the homebuilder including den/study, covered lanai and dropped tray ceiling in both the gathering room and owner’s suite.
Strickler said the Tropic is priced starting from $186,990.
The newly completed Tropic model also houses the Centex Magnolia Park Information Center at 9312 Blueberry Ash Circle in Riverview next door to the homebuilder’s earlier Seamist model.
Centex plans to build more than 120 new single-family homes in Magnolia Park’s newest phase, Strickler said, and many of those home sites offer nature preserve views.
Magnolia Park offers townhomes priced from $145,990 and single-family home designs priced from $186,990.
The amenities at the gated community include three tropical swimming pools with cabanas, children’s playgrounds, a basketball court and walking trails. There is no CDD debt.
Magnolia Park is convenient to downtown Tampa, Brandon shopping centers and MacDill Air Force Base.
