A Previews® Property Specialist with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate’s Longboat Key office, Pettingell closed 62 sales transactions in 2015 with a total sales volume of $74.08 million1, up from $66.68 million in 2014.
Since 2010, Pettingell has sold $333.8 million in real estate, representing 301 transaction sides. In addition, Pettingell has sold 120 properties priced at $1 million or more in the past six years, more than any other real estate associate in Sarasota and Manatee County. He attributes his success to cultivating lasting relationships with clients, staying ahead of technology trends and having the support of the best team in the business.
