- 6911 Pistol Range Road, a 13,800 SF office building with existing income was sold to Proluxe Properties. Nancy Phaneuf represented the Seller; the Buyer represented themselves. The property sold for $1,125,000.
- 13038 US 41 South, a 20 acre site with 65,000 SF buildings was sold to Futernick Properties on December 23, 2015. Jan Boltres of Colliers International represented the Seller; Nancy Phaneuf represented the Buyer. The property sold for $4.35 million
