Daniel Heroux has joined the St. Petersburg office, 2300 4th St. North, St. Petersburg . A real estate professional for more than 30 years, Daniel was previously a broker with First Choice Realty, Inc. He is originally from Woonsocket, RI and graduated from Rhode Island College.
William “Will” Harris, Nora Mihopoulos, and Kathy Bowen have joined the Belleair office, 404 N. Indian Rocks Rd, Belleair Bluffs, FL. Harris previously worked as a general contractor specializing in residential renovation for 25 years. He is a member of the Pinellas County Republic Executive Committee and is a volunteer with the American Red Cross. Harris graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA in finance. Mihopoulos has been a real estate professional for 12 years. Complementing her real estate career is her extensive business background as the owner and operator of several successful restaurants. Mihopoulos is a past president of the Rotary club and is a member of the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin. Bowen became a real estate professional in 2009 and was previously associated with Coldwell Banker. Prior to real estate, she was a medical assistant and office manager. She has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations.
W. Scott Roberts has joined the New Tampa office, 1830 Bruce B. Downs Blvd., Wesley Chapel, FL. Prior to real estate, Roberts was a manager in higher education and also worked in Admissions and Student Financial Services. He is originally from Gaithersburg, MD and graduated from Wilmington University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA. Roberts served 12 years in the U.S. Army.
Frank Myka and Todd Jenkins have joined the St. Pete Beach office 6800 Gulf Blvd., St. Pete Beach, FL. Myka is from Hamburg, NY and most recently worked at New York Land Quest. Myka has an extensive background in education having worked as an academic administrator and an adjunct professor. He graduated magna cum laude from State University of New York with a bachelor’s degree in history and anthropology. He also graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University with a master’s degree in cultural anthropology. Myka also served two years as a volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps. Jenkins is originally from St. Petersburg and attended St. Petersburg College where he earned his Emergency Medical Technician Certificate and successfully completed Firefighting Academy. He was recognized with a Certificate of Quality Service for his work as EMT/Ambulance driver with Sunstar Paramedics. Additionally, Jenkins earned numerous awards and commendations while serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Special Forces and is involved with the Wounded Warrior Project.
