- Sale of a 63,782 square foot industrial facility located at 2950 47th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33714 which sold for $1,330,000. The buyer was Bodyopolis, LLC; the seller was Joseph A. Weber, Jr.
- Sale of a two building 52,863 square foot industrial complex located at 10741-10801 Endeavour Way, Pinellas Park, FL 33777. The buyer was GCI Pinellas, LLC, the seller was Richard L. Akers Trust.
- Sale of 23,000 square foot industrial building located at 12415 Automobile Boulevard, Clearwater, FL 33762. The buyer was RDY Enterprises LLC, the seller was RBI Clearwater, LLC.
- Sale of a 2.79 acre MOL industrial site comprising lots 30-32 on Monroe’s Business Park, Tampa, FL 33626. The buyer was Treasures of 6, LLC, the seller was Spring Hill Acres, L.C.
- Lease of a 21,582 square foot industrial facility located at 1551-102nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33716. The tenant was Print Harmony, LLC, the landlord was Liberty Property Limited Partnership.
- Lease of a 21,000 square foot industrial facility located at 355 Douglas Road E, Oldsmar, FL 34677. The tenant was Rapid Response Team, LLC, the landlord was D&T Properties, LLC.
- Lease of a 19,983 square foot industrial facility located at 8040 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777. The tenant was Lincare, Inc., the landlord was BCH-1 LTD.
- Lease of a 10,000 square foot industrial facility located at 499 Douglas Road, Oldsmar, FL 34677. The tenant was Fab Glass and Mirror, the landlord was Ewing Irrigations Products, Inc.
- Lease of a 6,465 square foot industrial/contractor yard facility on 1.86 acres MOL located at 1800 12th Street SE Largo, FL 33771. The tenant was Pebble Pros, LLC, the landlord was 1800 12SE Trust.
- Lease of a 5,000 square foot industrial facility located at 10801 Endeavour Way, Pinellas Park, FL 33777. The tenant was PrivateLabelSkin, Inc., the landlord was GCI Pinellas, LLC.
- Lease of a 3,600 square foot industrial facility located at 303 Marlborough Street, Oldsmar, FL 34677. The tenant was Grass Grabbers, the landlord was Amalgamated Goliath Enterprises, Inc.
