PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA (October 28, 2015)—The Pasco Economic Development Council is pleased to welcome Larry Morgan, Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Family Ventures and Morgan Auto Group, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Morgan recently joined Pasco EDC as a Corporate Council-level Investor ($10,000).

Morgan, who founded Tires Plus in the 1990s, launched Morgan Auto Group, which now includes 12 franchised dealerships from Gainesville to Sarasota. A recipient of the Ernst & Young 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year Award, he has diversified his portfolio of businesses through Morgan Family Ventures to include a speech therapy provider, specialty contractor, IT company, real estate holding companies, and others.
ComPark 75, his successful 160-acre mixed-use project in Wesley Chapel recently announced it would be undergoing another expansion. Morgan has been honored by Tampa Bay CEO Magazine as “CEO of the Year” in Retail Services and as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Business Leaders in Tampa Bay.
