Downtown St. Petersburg looks different every year – new buildings, new people, and new homes. Last year the Downtown Neighborhood Association held its inaugural Tour of Homes in part to show some highlights of what downtown living has to offer. Strong interest and buzz (and new homes) assured there would be a second annual Tour of Homes. This year’s tour includes:
• 400 Beach
• McNulty Lofts
• Lofts at 341
• Bayfront Tower
• Rowland Place
Additionally, attendees receive 10% off (day-of / with wristbands) at restaurant sponsors:
Gratzzi, The Hangar, Parkshore Grill, Z Grille, and 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House.
