Holley was born and raised on a cattle ranch in Central Florida. He has been a Hernando County deputy sheriff and worked in residential development and construction; he became a State Certified General Contractor in 2006. He lives on a cattle farm in Plant City with his wife and four children. Holley has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Florida.
