CBRE has been engaged to provide property management services for a 1.66-million-square-foot industrial portfolio encompassing 34 buildings in the Gateway and South Pinellas submarkets of the Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida area. CBRE’s Debra Harrington will oversee the portfolio as General Manager on behalf of the owner, Oakland, Calif.-based Evergreen Industrial Properties.
Evergreen recently purchased the portfolio of predominantly Class A industrial assets from the Fleeman Family Trust. The portfolio includes Gateway Business Center, Gateway Business Park, Joe’s Creek Industrial Park, Metropointe Commerce Park, and Westbay Corporate Center.
“CBRE is pleased to expand its relationship with this ownership group and we look forward to working with Evergreen to enhance value and maximize return on these well-positioned assets,” said Michael Williams, Director of Asset Services for CBRE Tampa.
Occupying strategic locations between Tampa and downtown St. Petersburg, the portfolio is comprised of a five-property group whose tenants include FedEx, Lockheed Martin, Jabil, L-3 Communications, MTS Systems, Worldpac, Digital Lightwave, and Jagged Peak.
