ST. CLOUD, Fla. — Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, will open its newest St. Cloud community of Underwood Estates on Sept. 25.
Matt Orosz, co-president of Royal Oak Homes, said only 24 homesites are available in the new community for new homes ranging from approximately 2,500 square feet of living area to over 5,200 square feet.
New four, five and six-bedroom estate homes from Royal Oak’s Legacy Series at Underwood Estates will be priced from the mid $300s, and two models will be available for viewing when the community opens, Orosz added.
Located just off Narcoossee Road, the community is unique given the extra-large home sites that are roughly 120 x165 feet. Orosz said that he regularly gets demands for larger lots and this community’s location was ideal to provide that solution for the buyers in the market.
Special features in Royal Oak’s Legacy Series include 42-inch cabinetry, crown molding, stainless steel appliances, brick paver driveways and five piece master baths in every home design.
Royal Oak Homes is a third-generation home builder whose track record boasts more than 14,000 new homes built in Central Florida over the past 30 years under the Cambridge Homes brand, one of the region’s most successful home builders in the 1980s and 1990s. Founded in 2011, Royal Oak Homes is rapidly becoming one of the largest and most active home builders in the Central Florida area, building in 17 active communities in the region. In March 2014, Royal Oak Homes was sold to AV Homes.
