TRINITY, Fla. (Aug. 31, 2015) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices recently announced real estate veteran Peter Turtzo has joined the network as senior vice president of International Operations. Turtzo is responsible for establishing strategy and process for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ growth into international markets, and later for the affiliation of brokerages abroad.

Turtzo comes to his position from Realogy Holdings Corp., where he held various leadership roles over 16 years. He was a business consultant for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, then was vice president of Affiliate Services overseeing the top franchisees of Coldwell Banker, Century 21 Real Estate, ERA Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty. In 2005, Turtzo was appointed vice president of Global Operations at Sotheby’s International and for the next eight years developed that brand in 43 countries and territories. He served the last two years as vice president of Global Operations at Coldwell Banker.
