DAVENPORT, Fla. — Royal Oak Homes, based in Orlando’s Baldwin Park, recently broke ground at its newest community of Laurel Estates in Polk County, and three new models are underway.
Matt Orosz, co-president of Royal Oak Homes, said there are 134 home sites in the first phase at Laurel Estates with three, four and five-bedroom homes priced from the low $200s.
Homes at Laurel Estates will range from approximately 1,800 square feet of living area to 3,300 square feet.
Orosz said Laurel Estates is located off CR 27 and Dean Still Road in Davenport, in close proximity to the attractions.
Royal Oak will start selling in the community by Sept. 15. The three models will be completed, decorated and ready for viewing by December.
