LITHIA, Fla. – Two well-established FishHawk Ranch businesses located in Park Square have broken ground on new facilities. Julestarz Academy for the Performing Arts and Eaton Realty, LLC will construct new, stand-alone buildings.
FishHawk Ranch is owned in a joint venture partnership between NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC (NASH), the U.S. business unit and full subsidiary of SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., Japan’s largest homebuilder and leading diversified developer, and Newland Real Estate Group, LLC, whose development business, Newland Communities, is the master developer of the community. It is one of more than 30 communities the NASH-Newland partnership owns together in 11 states across the United States.
Eaton Realty, LLC will construct a 6,684 square-foot building with three separate business suites at the entrance to FishHawk Ranch at the intersection of Circa FishHawk Boulevard and Spector Road. The company, a full service real estate brokerage, will anchor the $1.5 Million building, and lease space to Rice Financial, Foundation Title and Trust, and Most Insurance, providing one location for the many needs homebuyers require. Construction is expected to begin before the end of August and be completed in early 2016.
Julestarz Academy was one of the original tenants of Park Square in 2005 and quickly expanded her dance and theater studio to include a studio in Riverview. The new facility on FishHawk Boulevard near FishHawk Ridge Drive will feature 5,000 square feet and provide three large dance studios, including one with retractable walls that will double the space for theater performances. Expanded dressing rooms, three private music rooms, offices and a dance apparel shop are also slated for the academy’s 450 students.
“The expansion of these two businesses shows that FishHawk Ranch is a thriving location not just for families, but for small businesses,” said Victor Barbosa, senior project manager for FishHawk Ranch. “We’re very happy to have worked out an agreement that keeps them in the neighborhood and wish them continued success.”
Staying within FishHawk Ranch was a must for representatives from both companies.
“We found an amazing location that will be accessible to so many more people,” noted Julie Kenny, owner of Julestarz. “We have a huge student base in FishHawk Ranch and we want to keep our location convenient for them.”
“We love this area,” said Craig Eaton, broker and owner of Eaton Realty. The company also serves as a property management company, and “a large portion of our clients are in the community, plus many of our staff live in FishHawk Ranch as well.”
Added Shawn Eaton, director of operations: “We’ve enjoyed a long-time relationship with the FishHawk Ranch community, and we’re excited to further that relationship and our investment in the area.”
