Chef Paul Mattison of Sarasota announces Public Relations veteran Cindy Cockburn, President of C.C. Communications, is named as Public Relations agency of record. The consulting firm helps provide national exposure to the award-winning chef-owned restaurant and catering company based in Sarasota and supplements the in-house Marketing and Community Relations Department.
Chef Paul Mattison is honored at the Cakebread Cellars 29th American Harvest Workshop in Napa Valley as they salute five of America’s Top Chefs from September 12-16, 2015. He hosts several book signings in California and locally appearing on Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 12-1pm at Bookstore 1 Sarasota – 1359 Main Street showcasing his cookbook “CHEF – The Story and Recipes of Chef Paul Mattison”. The event is free and open to the public. The cost of the book is $27 featuring over 100 recipes with a Mediterranean flare. Chef Paul Mattison is also set to appear, live, on CBS TV’s STUDIO 10 on WTSP-TV Monday, August 31, 2015 at 9am.
Cindy Cockburn founded C.C. Communications in 2001. Her PR firm specializes in media relations, publicity and special events for restaurants, destinations, the arts, real estate, resorts and film festivals. She has organized dinners for award-wining Chefs at the James Beard House, The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes Orlando, the Dali Museum and the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club. Her past Sarasota clients have included the Longboat Key Club and Resort, The Concession and real estate projects with Michael Saunders. Other clients have ranged from the Swiss Edelweiss Airlines and the City of St. Petersburg to the Club at Treasure Island.
