Groveland, Fla. — Royal Oak Homes will host a grand opening for its newest neighborhood of single-family homes at Eagle Pointe located off of Silver Eagle Road and C.R. 565A in Groveland.
The grand opening at Eagle Pointe is scheduled for July 25 and is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. said Matt Orosz, co-president of Royal Oak Homes.
There are 127 home sites in the first phase with 17 that are lakefront or with lake views.
New Royal Oak homes in Eagle Pointe, with from three to six bedrooms and two to four baths, range from approximately 1,695 square feet of living area to 3,237 square feet, and are priced from the $180s to over $250,000.
There are eight one and two-story floor plans to choose.
Orosz said the homebuilder ultimately plans to build more than 310 homes in phases at Eagle Pointe
