BRADENTON, Fla. – The Bradenton Area Economic Development Corp. (EDC) will unveil its new, multi-year economic development strategy for Manatee County at a public event on Friday, August 28 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, 502 3rd Avenue W in Bradenton.
Sharon Hillstrom, EDC president and chief executive officer, and consultants from Boyette Strategic Advisors will discuss the “Build Bradenton Area Plan.” The strategy focuses on stimulating jobs for area residents and expanding opportunities for local businesses. Lunch will follow the presentation.
The EDC is presenting the event in partnership with Manatee County Government and Florida Power & Light.
