St. Petersburg, FL (June 30, 2015) Let us teach your child to swim. Lessons are available mornings and evenings for infants six months to adult. Register at any city pool on Thursday, July 16, during normal operating hours. Classes include swim lessons for beginner through advanced levels and diving. Each session runs Monday through Thursday for a two-week duration. Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross water safety instructors. Students who pass can advance to the next level. Cost per session is $39/person. Register with a valid driver license or photo ID of parent or legal guardian and complete the Hold Harmless Agreement for your free ADVANTAGE Membership. Reduced rates are also available for residents with Medicaid, food stamp cards or free school lunch and reduced lunch status forms.
