Publix-Anchored Center to Include Retailers New to Trinity Market
ST. PETERSBURG, FL – (June 26, 2015) – The Sembler Company recently broke ground on the 65,000-sq-ft Shoppes at Trinity Lakes, a Publix-anchored shopping center located in the southeast quadrant of State Road 54 and Trinity Blvd. in Trinity, FL.
In addition to the 45,600-sq-ft Publix and 1,400-sq-ft Publix Liquor Store, Sembler has signed leases with nearly 11,000 square feet of retailers new to the Trinity market:
• Orange Theory Fitness
• Moe’s Southwest Grill
• China Wok
• Nail Dior Lounge
• Hair Cuttery
• Majik Touch Cleaners
“We designed The Shoppes at Trinity Lakes as a commercial node to serve the incredible population growth in that area,” said Josh Beyer, Senior Vice President of Development for Sembler. “More than a thousand new residential units have gone under construction in the last year alone, with at least 3,000 more still slated to come. It’s exciting.”
The Shoppes at Trinity Lakes also includes three outparcels, two of which are under contract with end users. There is strong interest in the remaining 1.48-acre outparcel, as well as the remaining 3,600 square feet of retail space.
“With the reinvigorated residential market we are seeing more ground-up shopping center development opportunities in Florida,” said Beyer. “This is the first of three ground-up shopping center developments Sembler will break ground on in the next few months – two in Florida, one in Alabama. And there are more to come.”
