Modern and beautiful, the new faux wood grain canopies are quite possibly the first of its kind in the Tampa Bay area and a perfect complement to the new Bridgepoint campus. Combining the durability of aluminum with the architectural appealing look of a wood grain, Awning Works Inc, of Clearwater, Florida is the first company to bring this kind of shade option to market.
Along with the faux wood grained decking canopy, Awning Works also designed and fabricated an enormous, circular, display that holds multiple big screen televisions in the main lobby.
From humble beginnings as a small group that met in a rented-out room at St. Petersburg High School, there are over 2,000 people who call BridgePoint home every week. BridgePoint’s new 50,000 sq. ft. building, built in cooperation with Wannemacher Jensen Architects and Suncoast Auto Builders includes an 850-seat auditorium.
Awning Works latest project of wood grained awnings adds to their ever-growing list of customized work. Awning Works continues to be nationally recognized for their involvement in custom projects for numerous businesses, including a pergola cover at the Restoration Hardware Atlanta, canopies at Busch Gardens Tampa, architectural shade sails at Eckerd College, an LED illuminated decking canopy at Aloft Hotel Tampa, and architectural louvered sunshades at Walgreens in Clearwater Beach. Awning Works has a working showroom with in house engineering and caters to the hospitality market.
