Neil Golden, one of the nation’s top marketing professionals, has joined Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) as an Executive Consultant. In this role, Golden will work closely with the leadership team in leveraging RMS’ unique expertise with current and potential clients.
RMS works with major restaurant, retail and hospitality brands in 39 countries, helping clients drive profitability through smart demand-based pricing strategies, while also offering help with site selection, store-specific marketing and media buying.
In a career that has included 24 years at McDonald’s, including a role as Chief Marketing Officer for McDonald’s USA in 2007-13, Golden has built a strong record of success in driving revenue, profit, and market share results across diverse business environments.
Known for being a customer advocate, he has created strong value propositions across multi-cultural, generational and economic segments. Also, he is a sought-out subject matter expert on brand building, corporate image, multimedia and classic 4P marketing principles.

He is also a member of the Advisory Board for Home Partners of America, serves as a faculty advisor and adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Integrated Marketing Communications, and works with Bain Capital as a Marketing Advisor to its portfolio companies.
