BRADENTON, FL – 12/19/2014 – NDC Construction Company of Bradenton, Florida has announced that it will begin breaking ground on Manatee County’s Southeast Water Reclamation Facility early next year.
NDC will perform (CMAR) Construction Management at Risk services which will include the construction of a pre-engineered metal building enclosing that will be approximately 14,500 square feet.
“I believe the construction of this building will provide Manatee County with the proper support to increase efficiencies in the facility management departments,” says Gary L. The building will be constructed on a portion of land located at the Utilities Department Lena Road Landfill, 3333Lena Road, Bradenton, Florida. Once completed, the building will provide a central facility to house offices, support functions, maintenance, and storage spaces to serve County personnel.
