Fawley|Bryant’s Strategic Consulting Unit recently presented findings from the prestigious 2014 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (MBFW) where Architects Stuart Henderson and Steve Padgett collaborated with IMG Fashion Division at the historic Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts venue in advance of the February 2015 Fashion Week. The MBFW venue showcases fashion designers from around the world as they unveil their 2015 Fall Fashion trends. IMG Global is a multi-billion dollar global leader in sports, fashion and media operating in more than 25 countries around the world.
Fawley|Bryant assembled a diverse group of consultants including Architects, Industrial Engineers, Event Production experts, Lighting and Rigging experts, and Fashion Event experts from around the world to coordinate conversations on efficiency, flow, event logistics, specialized venues, flexible event spaces that maximize designer freedoms, as well as strategies on identifying and recapturing lost revenues in preparation for the MBFW February 2015 Show. The MBFW Concept Plan presented to the IMG Fashion Executives incorporates strategic recommendations for the citywide New York Fashion Week event locations and schedules, Lincoln Center site usage, event tent construction and spatial plans and queuing and security strategies. The Fawley Bryant/IMG team evaluated corporate sponsor locations as related to perceptions of Lobby, Lounge and hospitality spaces. Lean Principles applied to schedules and diagrammatic analysis of the Theater, Pavilion, Salon and Hub Spaces, VIP locations, Interview and Press spaces were also presented.
