TAMPA, FL — Ata Tursucu has been named a Principal ITS Specialist in the Tampa office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and program/construction management organization.
In his new position, Mr. Tursucu will manage ITS projects and lead systems integration, communications design, and equipment testing services throughout Florida. He has over 20 years of experience in designing, testing, and implementing ITS networks. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a Senior System Engineer for Kapsch TrafficCom IVHS based in Mclean, VA working on ITS and electronic toll collection systems projects throughout the US.
Mr. Tursucu received a master of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor of science in electronics and communications engineering from Istanbul Technical University in Turkey.
