Seminar to be the first in a series of five proven seminars
Brooksville, Florida – The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce will hold a seminar entitled, “How to Keep the Customers You Have” on January 12, 2015 from 5:30 – 7 pm in its conference center at 15588 Aviation Loop Drive, Brooksville, Florida 34604. The seminar will be conducted by Vince Vanni who has trained countless local corporate managers, business owners and government officials.
The seminar is subtitled “One plus one should always equal two and not one.” The saying refers to the fact that companies grow by adding to a satisfied customer base and not by replacing lost business with new customers.
Those who attend will learn how to avoid the common mistakes often made during a time when the economy starts to escalate and you begin to take on more business than usual. Participants will also learn how to handle dissatisfied customers and train new employees to do the same.
This is the first in a series of five seminars conducted by Vince Vanni. The others include excerpts from his many successful courses:
- February 9, 5:30 – 7 pm – How to Get New Customers – Sales & Networking
- March 9, 5:30 – 7 pm – Assertive Communication Skills (“Assertive” sales people tend to retain business and develop a reputation for trustworthiness.)
- April 6, 5:30 – 7 pm – Assertive Negotiation Techniques (How to use assertive communication and negotiation techniques to master the art of win/win negotiations)
- May 4, 5:30 – 7 pm – How to Speak So That Others will Listen (Vince’s renowned public speaking course in a nutshell.)
Cost is only $15 for one seminar or $50 for all five.
