Money will help Manatee County agency serve local individuals affected by domestic violence
First Bank recently made a $1,500 donation to HOPE Family Services in Manatee County, a non-profit agency that helps local individuals affected by domestic violence.
Presenting the check to Laurel Lynch, Executive Director/CEO of HOPE Family Services, Inc., were Anne Lee, Retail Banking President for First Bank, and Twila Averill, Branch Manager at First Bank’s 415 53rd Ave. West location in Bradenton, Florida. Averill also serves as Chairwoman of the HOPE Family Services’ Board.
HOPE has been Manatee County’s domestic violence service provider since 1979 and each year serves an average of 2,000 local individuals affected by domestic violence. All of HOPE’s services are confidential and offered to those who need help at no charge.
