Justin focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on trial and appellate actions involving contract disputes, fraud, shareholder disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability, real estate, business torts and creditors’ rights. He is based in the firm’s St. Petersburg office. Justin was with Holland & Knight LLP prior to joining Trenam Kemker and worked in the insurance industry before becoming an attorney. Justin earned his J.D., summa cum laude from FSU, where he graduated first in his law school class, and a B.S. cum laude from the University of Florida.
The Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group added two experienced paralegals. Peter DiSalvo has over ten years experience in the legal field. He earned a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and a B.A. from St. Johns University in Queens, New York. Kimberly Walters has been working in the legal field for 23 years with an extensive corporate and commercial real estate transactional background. She earned her B.A. from Rollins College. Peter and Kim are based in the firm’s Tampa office.
