TAMPA, FL — Tracie Rose has been named a Senior Construction Manager in the Tampa office of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure strategic consulting, engineering, and program/construction management organization.
In her new position, Ms. Rose serves as a construction project manager for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, responsible for overseeing the administration of roadway and bridge construction contracts.
Ms. Rose has over 25 years of construction experience in contract administration, claims resolution, schedule analysis, supplemental agreements processing, and construction management of bridge and roadway projects. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, she was a Project Engineer with an international engineering firm, working on the Veterans Expressway reconstruction and tolling project in Hillsborough County.
Ms. Rose received a B.S.C.E. in civil engineering from Manhattan College and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida.
