Podcasting Journalism for Students in 5th-12th grades
An After School Program Beginning January 15th
Tampa Bay teens come together to learn podcasting and develop an awareness of the opportunities to start their own business in internet radio. By the end of the program, they will create a pre-recorded podcast that will be featured on the Life Improvement Radio podcast site.
This program is one of Forward Thinking Initiatives’ programs to teach teens about starting their own business based upon their personal interests. The Digital Entrepreneur is geared toward students with an interest in journalism, social media, radio and the arts.

How to earn money from podcast programming
This once a week program runs from Thursday, January 15th – February 26th, 5pm-6:30. Snacks provided. Students have the unique opportunity to study at the St. Pete Greenhouse’s business development center at 440 Second Avenue North St. Petersburg, FL 33701
